Rental Deposit - $200 (This holds the date and is used as a security deposit)

Balance of Hall Rental must be paid 90 days prior to the Event Date (Excluding Soda & Bar charges).

Rental Deposits may be returned after rental and upon hall inspection.

Banquet Hall Rental Prices - All prices are for an 8 hour rental - additional hours can be negotiated with the Hall Coordinator.

What's included in this rental fee:

Soda / Bar Charges (8 hours – additional hours can be negotiated with the Hall Manager)

$2.50 per person up to $800 – Additional charge of $75 per Bartender. Bartenders must be used if alcoholic beverages or the soda system is used at the event.

What is included in this charge:

Approved Cateres for the Boston Spectrum Banquet Facility:

(Outside caterers may be negotiated with the Spectrum Manager – additional fees will apply)

Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, or Money Order. All forms of payment must be to “Greenock Volunteer Fire Company”.
